Osaka Japanese Steakhouse

I took myself out for a birthday dinner. After the waiter took my drink order, I let him know I had to go to the bathroom and asked him to not bring my drink until I returned. I never leave my food or drink unattended especially when I’m dining or drinking alone. Both the water and drink were at the table unattended when I returned. I asked him to take them back because I don’t drink unattended drinks. When I reminded him that because I was alone I asked him to not bring my drinks until I came back from the bathroom. His response less than empathetic. He looked around maybe to show me that no one was around to do anything to my drink… but he just didn’t seem to understand my position or point. When he brought the new drinks I felt paranoid and afraid to drink it. Thoughts that it was the same drink or maybe he spit in my drink made me fearful of drinking them. It ruined my evening just thinking like that. I wished he had just waited until I got back from the bathroom before go brought my drinks to the table. The food was good but my feelings about the drink took my birthday joy away. I ended up asking for a box to take my food home. But I threw everything out when I got home.

We love Osaka! We have been here a few times and this last time we brought the kids too. It's such a fun place to experience at any age! We were a little on the fence about bringing young kids, but our kids loved it and thought the chef was so funny! The sushi is great, we aren't cream cheese in our sushi kind of people, so we avoid those. The chicken is great for the kids but the filet is our favorite!

Been here several times. Very busy and noisy but an all around perfect place for dining especially if you are celebrating a birthday. Great value, great service, delicious food.

We have been here twice now, this time was for my son's birthday. We love this place. Huge portions so much fun!!!

This place always makes dinner fun and I love that they send a birthday dinner certificate every year. I celebrated with friends and we had a great time with tasty food and a super entertaining chef. It’s definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to, birthday or not.

All I have to say is I'm amazed at everything!!!!! The food!!! The atmosphere!!! The chef!!! I definitely got my money worth coming to this place. The food was damn near cook to perfection. My chef did a fantastic job, he was very entertaining. If you have a birthday or special event they will definitely make your day.

We really enjoy this restaurant. Mariah took great care of us this time. She recommended the citrus roll. I always order the yellowtail nigiri and spicy scallop nigiri. My wife likes the filet mignon and seafood. The happy hour offered us shrimp Shumai. Service is always fast and friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. Justin has been our server the last couple times. He is great, always gets our order done right and is very attentive and makes sure we have everything we need. Thank you! The Osaka roll is huge and very testy, they serve remaining lobster on the tail shell, me wife's new favorite roll. Justin came through again, always an amazing experience. Jesse took great care of us. They did away with happy hour, but the food is always amazing and service is always fast and friendly! Thank you!
